Eligibility for Returns

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Digital goods (e.g., downloads, subscriptions)

- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, cosmetics)

- Final sale or clearance items

- Personalized or custom products

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at orrakitchen@gmail.com with the following information:

- Order number

- Item(s) you wish to return

- Reason for return

- Photo evidence of the product being defective or damaged

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds Process

- Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.

- If approved, your refund will be processed within [7–10 business days].

- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If the product is defective or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement with free shipping.
